Healing the Shadow Self - A Wild Woman Project Circle

We hear the words "shadow work" a lot, but what does that mean? Shadow work is all about taking a look at the darkness within us. Does that mean looking at the evil? No. It just means looking at the parts of ourselves that we keep hidden from the rest of the world. The parts that we're ashamed of or uncomfortable with. Many of our shadow self aspects originate in childhood. This class will be an introduction to shadow work. Amber will guide you through an immersive meditation that will introduce you to your shadow self. You'll leave with an idea of what direction to start in on your shadow work journey and how best to start the healing process.

Class fees are non-refundable. I understand that life happens. If you give me at least a 48 hour notice, I'm happy to transfer your class fee to next month's WWP event. But the more notice you can give, the better. Fee transfers will only take place TWICE. If you're consistently unable to make it to class you will not be able to transfer your fees. Please keep in mind that by transferring your fee, you're keeping someone else from being able to attend this month's class and you're taking what could have been a paid space in next month's class. So use this option sparingly. Thank you for your understanding.
