At first glance Erstwhile has what any decent spiritual shop does; crystals, herbs, books, pendulums, tarot decks, and anything else you think you might need to add to your metaphysical tool kit. But we are so much more than a crystal shop.

Hi, my name is Amber Smith and I'm the owner and creator of Erstwhile Studios, LLC. I started my business back in 2018 with the dream of a place where people from different backgrounds, spiritual beliefs, practices, & modalities could come together to learn and grow together. I realized a long time ago that I was never going to be happy with a place that only held a singular focus. We have a saying at Erstwhile, "Do all the things!" and we have lived by that motto from day one.

Here, you will find all of the spiritual and metaphysical tools necessary for your practice, whether you're just getting started or a seasoned practitioner. But what you won't find almost anywhere else is our dedication to the path you're traveling. You are not just another customer or another sale to us. We want to help provide guidance, clarity, & direction in any way that we can. At Erstwhile it is our goal to provide practitioners of many different spiritual beliefs and skill sets, a place where they can go to seek knowledge, share wisdom, and be a part of a community of like minded individuals who want to share their practices and help others navigate their paths.

How? That's the question I get asked the most. How can you do all of that in one place. My answer? By providing and holding space for the people who need it the most. We not only have a shop full of beautiful crystals, divination tools, smoke cleansing accessories and teas, but we also offer services like Reiki Energy Healing, Sound Therapy, Chakra Balancing, Lithomancy, Tarot & Oracle Readings. That's not even accounting for the multiple classes we hold every month. And we don't read about a subject and then decide we can teach it. We study and we practice and truly get to know our subject matter before ever beginning the stages of putting classes and workshops together. There are too many people out there that are teaching things they've only just learned. If we don't have the knowledge, we bring in a professional in that area.
