Hey all, Amber here!

Erstwhile Studios was officially formed on August 6th, 2018. Though, truthfully we'd been working towards Erstwhile for years before that. My Mom, Michelle and I wanted to start a business. We knew that we were passionate about our spiritual journeys and that we wanted that business to encompass everything we'd learned over the years. I knew I wanted to pursue Reiki as my primary profession, but my Mom wanted to focus on what she could create. For about two years we went back and fourth over what Erstwhile actually was. Was it a yoga studio? A photography studio? And art studio? A jewelry studio? A meditation center? A crystal shop? What was it? It wasn't until I'd finally had the opportunity to partner with some fellow practitioners that I realized, I didn't want Erstwhile to be one thing. I wanted Erstwhile to emboy the spiritual journey. I wanted a place where no matter which stage you were in, you could find community there. It's not one thing, it's many.
