Mirror, Mirror on the Wall invites you to confront the reflection staring back at you with grace and compassion. In this circle, we will engage in the powerful—and sometimes uncomfortable—practice of mirror work.

Sitting in vulnerability, we’ll spend time in silence, looking deeply into our reflections. It’s in this silence that we face ourselves fully, often noticing the parts we are reluctant to accept or love. But, this is not a journey we take alone. Surrounded by the support of other women in the circle, we will hold space for each other as we find acceptance, grace, and tenderness in the process of self-reflection.
