We will take our time to explore, observe and then journal our findings. This event is perfect for anyone seeking a holistic approach to wellness, whether you are new to sound healing and somatic practices or a seasoned practitioner. 

No prior experience is necessary, just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore the transformative power of sound and somatic awareness.
