Come join Jessica for a sound bath at Erstwhile. 

Jessica joins intuition with sound, creating a uniquely healing event. She focuses her Sound Baths around the intentions we set. Jessica is a Certified in Sound Therapy and Healing & she is a Reiki Master, a combination that creates an intentional and moving experience. She uses her crystal singing bowls & reiki training to help amplify your intentions through the coming moon cycle. 

What to Consider:

• Doors open at 1:30pm.
• Bring a yoga mat /blanket (The studio also provides them)
• Bring a pillow
• Dress Comfortably
• Stay hydrated
• Bottled water & hot tea are sold at the counter. (You're welcome to bring your own.) 
• Jessica will spend a brief few minutes discussing the benefits and effects of sound baths
