Maybe it was crystals. Maybe coffee. Maybe a place that felt a little softer, stranger, warmer, or more magical than the rest of the world. Maybe you were just looking for a reminder that there are still people out there who believe in creating beauty, connection, and meaning. And somehow, your path crossed ours.

 

After 8 years since first registering Erstwhile Studios, LLC., and nearly 6 years of our physical shop being open, Erstwhile is coming to an end. Our official final day of operations will be July 25th, 2026, on our 6 year shop anniversary.

This business changed my life.

To every single person who supported me, walked through our doors, shared a post, bought a drink, attended an event, trusted me with your stories, cried with me, laughed with me, or simply existed alongside me for a little while... thank you.

For most of my life, I felt invisible. I never really felt important. I never felt like I fully belonged anywhere. But this community allowed me to be fully myself and somehow be loved for it anyway. That is something I will carry with me forever. I met some of the most incredible souls through Erstwhile. People who reminded me that magic is real, even if it doesn't always look the way we expect it to.

This chapter has simply run its course. And while I don't fully know where my path leads next, I know I am still walking it.

Maybe there will still be crystals.
Maybe coffee.
Maybe spiritual work.
Maybe something entirely different.

Whatever comes next, I hope it still carries the same heart.
