2023 has been a doozy for most of us. So many of us are carrying around so many memories, so much trauma, and so much pain. Let's look at New Year's Resolutions with a fresh set of expectations. Instead of setting unrealistic goals for ourselves, that we'll beat ourselves up for giving up on later, why not focus on letting go? 

Let's come together and allow ourselves the space to fully detach from anything you wish to leave behind you. Through meditaiton and ceremony we will facilitate a cord cutting for the previous year as we begin anew in 2024.
