Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year. Bringing with it the blessings of abundance, prosperity, and growth. It's also the longest day of the year, so we celebrate by showing love to the Sun and it's light, without which we could not survive. 

Join Amber, the Owner of Erstwhile Studios for a FREE Sound Bath & Meditation to celebrate the Summer Solstice!

We will start the night by giving thanks to the Sun for its nourishment and bountiful gifts in a short guided meditation. Then we will enjoy a 40+ minute Sound Bath, designed to clear the chakras, promoting balance and harmony. 

We will end the night with gratitued for another year, and intentions for a prosperous year ahead. 

What you need to bring /need to know:

• Yoga mat, bolster, and /or blanket. (The studio has enough supplies for 12 attendees. We WILL have more than 12 people, so please come prepared.)
• Sofa sacks will not be available during this class in consideration of the space they take up.
• Water! Stay hydrated please. 
• Dress comfortably.
• Dress with the option of layers incase it's cold in the Studio. We are being hit with a heat wave right now and while the AC works great, we never quite know how our Studio will feel the day of an event. Please dress for a warm area, with the option of a blanket or sweater in case it's too chilly. (Old buildings are great.)
• You may want to bring a journal and pen to document your experience, or to write down your intention for the summer.

Please RSVP, spaces are LIMITED. You must RSVP in order to attend. Please do not RSVP if you're unsure if you are able to attend. Don't take the opportunity from someone else if you can't commit to the event. 

This is a FREE event, freewill donations are appreciated, but not required.
